We’re here to help

If you let us know what you are looking  for and what you want to use it for we’ll take the time to make sure we find the right light for your underwater needs.   

But if for some reason your new underwater light doesn’t light up your underwater world, we will exchange it within 30 days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must be returned in the original packaging in brand new condition.  

There are certain situations where exchanges/credits aren’t eligible:

  • Item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping costs during the purchase (if applicable) are non refundable; if you receive a refund or credit, the cost of the shipping will be deducted.

Returning items

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).    Dive Light Shop are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit.  Therefore we suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.  

Include proof of purchase with your return and what you would like us to do with it. 

Need your items by a certain date

If you are ordering items that are needed by a certain date (for example you are leaving in two weeks on a dive trip), ensure you have selected Express Post or a courier service (if available).  Also let us know in the order notes the date you need the items by and what you need them for.  We normally ship items within one working day, but at busy times this can be up to three working days.  Once we have sent the order the delivery time is dependent on the transport company. Please check the carriers website for their expected delivery times from Perth Metro area to your delivery location.  

Refunds/Credits

If for any reason Dive Light Shop agrees to provide a refund and the cause of this is not down to our error a re-stocking fee of $25, and all transaction and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.    

It can take some time for refunds to be processed by the banks and credit card companies.  If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days from the date you received confirmation it has been processed by us, email info@divelightshop.com.au and we’ll look into it.  

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

Damaged or missing items

If you receive your order and there are damaged or missing items contact us on info@divelightshop.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order and we will help rectify the situation. Any enquiries related to damaged or missing items more than 3o days after an order is received will not be considered.  

Gift cards

Gift cards are a non-returnable item.
